Recently bought a new Lennox HVAC, Great unit with exceptional installation of both the furnace and A/C system. Mr. Campbell provided us with options and benefits of units available. These guys are the best. Not only do they do a top notch service, they help you when you need it most. My mom past out and the team of Raphael, Mike and Michelle were there to help and assess with the situation. They were checking her pulse and helping with everything until the ambulance arrived. The installation crew (Rafael, Mike, Hunter) were professional, respectful did an amazing job installing the units, arrived on time, cleaned up very well at the end). The sales (Roxanne) and operations staff (Shawn) were also great and patient! Just ensure when the technician comes for the pre-installation inspection you ask him or her to explain the installation process in order to avoid surprises.

Campbell (sales/customer support) was very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from start to finish. He was always available whenever I had questions, online or in person, and even made time to help with the Hydro grant online request!
