These clowns operate the worst scam service ever. After being bombarded by their calls and direct mailings threatening warranty invalidation on my new car, I called to ask if they are affiliated with my car company. "Mark," who answered, said that they work directly with my automaker. I pointed out that I'd called my dealership and wasn't in danger of warranty invalidation. i recieved a letter from this company; the letter gives the strong impression that it is from a government agency (official business) and that it has specific information about my vehicle but in fact it is private; it also uses scare tactics to promote its produce (extended warranties). Those with limited english could be fooled into spending unnecessary money.

These folks have been hounding me by mail and phone sometimes up to 4 times a day to buy an extended auto warranty. I have "opted out" multiple times and even spoke to several customer reps and asked to be taken off the list but the torture continues! MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!

I've been trying to cancel my policy for two weeks now, and they just won't cancel it.

Company keeps sending me letter about my 2016 Nissan Rogue that my factory warranty has expired and to contact them urgently to update service contract! NEVER OWNED a Nissan Rouge. ****

This company sent me a mailer CLEARLY pretending to be from an official Toyota branch or the dealer where I purchased the car. In the letter was a stark warning that my factory warranty has expired on my 2018 Camry, which it has, so that part is accurate. However, the letter goes on to inform me that I am eligible for Platinum Warranty upgrade, and Powertrain warranty upgrade... conveniently, these warranties have the exact same names as warranty upgrades from Toyota, which I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED. These administrators have paid over 1 billion dollars in claims. This is a horrible company. I strongly advise that NO ONE deals with these people. My car has been in the shop for a week and still counting. I have been waiting for the adjuster to come out to the dealership to look at my car and they are giving myself and my dealership the run around and going back and forth. Meanwhile my car is in the shop and they will only cover two days of the rental car. Smh. I just can't. I wish I can get my money back. NEVER AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.

Eleras was not aware that Ms. ********* was having issues with her ongoing claim. After we saw the complaint, we reached out to her immediately. We spoke with her at length and at this time, her claim has been paid. There is a process and inspections that needed to be done. All has been completed now and Ms. *********'s claim was paid out in the amount of $1380.03 on 1/16/2020. Same run around that everyone is reporting - stay away from these people. They need to be prosecuted as scam artists. Despicable - hope they get what is coming to them.

Jeep Wrangler Owners - read this review and it will save you both time and money. Eleras group confirmed on multiple occasions that my Jeep which has a 2.5 inch lift kit and 34.6 inch wheels would be covered under their policy. I submitted a $400 claim for my Navigation unit not working and the insurance company sent out an inspector, declined my claim and canceled my contract stating my Jeep had been modified and they reserve the right to cancel any contracts they wish for vehicles that have been modified.
