FINALLY ******* took me off of their annoying mailing list. I hope. I called and she said she would. No company address on letter - suspicious. 4/19/22.
A scam company, They target the elderly, they talk real fast with there selling pitch, & in doing so the person gets confused. They say they are AAA ACCRETED, which is a lie. Trying to cancel & be refunded is a joke, they just keep talking over you, Be Firm & cancel!!
Fraudulent company offering vehical warranty by mail. Claiming final notice. Do not deal with this company. They will steal your financial information.
This ELERAS AUTOMOTIVE GROUP (they are in the St. Louis ***** appears to be a scam company. They do not indicate their name and address on the envelope, and on the letter they send to the people they want to reach.That is a VERY unusual business practice. Beware of this group, and do NOT start any business with them.

I received a letter that had a headline I thought was from ******* It said my extended coverage was expiring. Thought it strange as I know I had another year. They assured me it was from ******* They said this would extend it and if I changed my mind I could cancel within 30 days and no problem. Two days after I signed up for Eleras extended warranty, I called to cancel and have my $150 down payment credited to my ***** I was hoping not to get ****** an account Exec, as I felt that she was **** and on the rude side when I spoke to her before. I'm helping someone to recover from this scam. A scam company that misleads older demographic implying you have a warranty with them and trying to sell them an "extension". Policy is very expensive especially for many people on a fixed income. They cannot afford the policy. Trying to recover what money i can for a scam target. A deposit (nonrefundable after 30 days) was required which appears to be designed as one of Eleras's income sources due to, i suspect, are many cancellations as caretakers look in on their older family... read more
Talking with them was confusing. Both the sales person and the department I called spoke very fast. After being reluctant to go ahead and give my credit card number it was suggested I look them up on BBB. They gave the company name as Evercare just like it says in small print on the bottom of their letter. When I speak to anyone they say the name Eleras. Evercare has an A+ rating, Eleras has the worst rating possible. I'm hoping I will get my money back in a few days.

This company I will not deal with or I wouldn't recommend nobody to deal with them. They told me they were going to send me my information in the mail I never got it, then I called them on the phone and want to cancel this I just happened to look at my bank account and seeing the money they take it out and I'll have nothing in writing.
