I highly recommend Dr. Kovel. She takes time to make sure you understand your situation and the options available to you. She obviously cares about her patients and provides high quality care.
My hearing had deteriorated over the years I had tried a different doctor. The product the was painful and they made no effort to help. This all changed when I finally met Dr Koval and was overwhelmed with her professionalism and willingness to help me hear again. She spent time to perform the tests listen to my needs, and show me options that she would recommend. I took her advice and have been very pleased with my aides. In my opinion she is the best audiologist hands down, highly recommended

Doctor Kovel saw our 18 year old son, who had failed the Army’s entry hearing test, and with Dr. Kovel’s outstanding equipment, he was able to pass the test. Dr. Kovel was very thorough and very compassionate helping us to understand why he has the hearing loss and what that means. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because we got a standard report with her notes only to submit to the Army. It was our understanding we would get a letter that would be helpful to us in our fight with the Army.

Dr. Kovel seems to genuinely care that you get the best hearing solution for you, rather than simply up-selling you on product/technology you don’t really need. She takes the time needed to learn about you and to ensure that your hearing aids work properly, are comfortable, and optimized for your unique needs. The office is large, bright, and well-organized. The staff at Elite Hearing are pleasant and professional. I recommend Elite Hearing and Dr. Kovel!
When we were looking for an audiologist in June 2015, we knew right away Dr Kovel was the right fit. She took our initial call and answered all of our questions. Our first visit confirmed our initial impression from the phone call and that was that she was kind, patient, knowledgeable and passionate about helping people with their hearing needs.
The only thing I had concerns about was the wait time. I was sitting in the waiting room and a walk-in customer arrived and was taking care of before a scheduled appointment. I was already at my appointment time and 30 min later I was seen.
