Dr. Kovel is extremely professional and knowledgeable and is able to explain technical information in an easily understandable manner. She listens well and wants to provide you with no more or no less than what you need. There is no pressure to sign up and buy anything at your appointment. I feel I chose the best audiologist anywhere!
