My visit was just to get the aids cleaned and get new batteries. The staff is always friendly and efficient.
I went in for a scheduled cleaning and Kenzie, the assistant, provided exceptional care. She answered my questions and also spent time on the phone with my hearing device provider finding an answer to a question I had. She went out of her way to be of help in a very professional manner.
She was caring and understanding!

Dr. Kovel seems very knowledge in her field. I heard Dr. Kovel speak at the Senior Health Expo in Colo. Spgs, so I decided to make an appointment with her. The exam was more extensive than I have ever had in any other audiology office. She took her time with me making sure she had thoroughly answered all of my questions. She definitely did not rush me through the appointment. She was honest in explaining the differences between the various hearing aids. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kovel.
