I continue to be very satisfied with Elite Hearing. This visit was for hardware problems and the hearing aid is being sent to the factory. Donna is so helpful!
I was very hesitant in seeing an audiologist the first time. Hearing Aids were a bit of a stretch for me but I did recognize I was having difficulties with my hearing and understanding others. Dr. Kovel was such an excellent choice! She gave me a very thorough exam and really explained how the mind tries to adjust to the lack of hearing / understanding. Follow up care has been everything I could expect. The new staff is very good. I am completely satisfied with the care I have received. Cheers!

She took the time to explain my hearing tests and the different hearing aide options. She was very thorough and recommended I see and ERT doctor after being concerned about some of my test results. Highly recommend her.
This is one of the audiologists that HEARS uses and we have no gatives to call attention to. I have heard no compaints from our clients. HEARS provides help to those that cannot aford services of this type on thier own..
Dr. Kovel is very knowledgeable and did a great diagnosis with recommendations. The office staff (Jo and Donna) have been super to work with.
Nichole was very personable and clear with her testing and assessment. Not pressuring me to get aides at this time, but do a re-check annually.
Dr. Kovel is professional, caring and strives to create the very best hearing aid experience. She listens to your concerns and patiently explains any adjustments she makes to your hearing reception. I strongly recommend Dr. Kovel and her team.
