Dr Kovel is great! She is an expert. When I first visited her she tested my hearing and developed a treatment plan that has made a huge difference in my life. She really paid attention when I was having an issue. She listened to me, asked relevant questions and then reconfigured my hearing aids and made suggestions that really help! Her follow up and on going care is fantastic!
I haven't seen her yet. Rescheduled for next week because of the weather and road closures. I will be happy to do a review then.
I met Dr. Koval 5 years ago during the HEARS 5K fundraiser she helps sponsor each year. Seeing her in a professional capacity was even better. She is very easy to talk with. I had my "adult" kids along and they commented that she "speaks so clearly - like we all should!" She took the time to learn my issues, and discussed what is best and available for me and my budget. Her staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
I was having trouble with my hearing and aids and Dr. Kovel took time and care trying to find a solution so that my quality of life might improve. Her care and knowledge made me feel very confident that we would get the problems figured out. So far, I am happy with the results from my appointment. The adjustments made to my aids have helped considerably. Very happy!
Doctor Kovel provides expert assistance in making my hearing aid experience as good as can be expected. Today’s appointment cleared up a problem where streamed audio directly to my hearing aids was accompanied by a clicking sound. Doctor Kovel called the manufacturer and rectified the problem within a few minutes.
Very thorough and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.

There should probably be blinds on the west-facing windows, or film to cut the sunset - it can be brutal on the eyes! Otherwise, I love the new location. Dr. Kovel was very patient and explained my hearing loss and options to me.
Outstanding. I wish Dr. Kovel was in Dallas so I could visit her regularly. Above and beyond.
