Have a problem with tinnitus and Elite Hearing was recommended by otoharmonics in Portland, OR. My Dr. sent a referral and I went the Dr. Kovel's Office. She is very pleasant and business-like. Seems to be completely interested in each patient as opposed to being in a "fast food" mode where she runs you in and out to get to the next patient.

I can honestly always give Dr. Nicole Kovel the highest recommendation. She is dedicated to her patients and very knowledgeable. She explains everything very well not only to me but to my family as well and I do appreciate that . The staff at Elite Hearing is also very nice and helpful for me with my questions and initial little troubles getting use to the hearing aids and all that after I got them.

Dr. Kovel was friendly, thorough, and helpful. Not needing hearing aids for my tinnitus she suggested other therapies that might help. From the very friendly reception staff to Dr. Kovel's help for my particular problem, I was very pleased and will return!
One of my hearing aids became inoperable. Dr. Kovel expertly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and took the time to teach me how to prevent a similar incident in the future. My wife has been bugging me to get a hearing test for the last 5 years. I met Dr Kovel at the senior EXPO in October 2019. Her presentation was so informative and interesting I decided to sign up for a Basic hearing test. I new I had some hearing lost associated with my time in the military.
