Dr Kovel did a great job in listening to my concerns, explaining the results of my assessment and recommending options to improve my hearing. Best presentation of information I have seen on the best course of action for my needs. I believe she actually cares about improving my ability to hear well. Highly recommend Dr Kovel for audiology support and information.
