I found Dr. Kovel to be very professional.
Dr.Kovel,has made a huge difference in my life with her knowledge and suggestions for my hearing..She explained what was going on and fit me to a hearing aid that has made my life much better..The office staff are kind and helpful as well.
Dr. Kovel made time to see me on a day (Friday) when she doesn’t usually schedule patients. She did a through hearing exam and fitted me with a loaner pair of hearing aids until I go to my VA appointment the end of February. She rocks the hearing loss world.

I had not been in for a while due to Covid, so I needed a lot done. I feel like a new woman, they fixed everything! I would highly recommend Dr. Kovel. Lindsey, her assistant is also fantastic. Very kind.
Dr. Kovel did a great job of presenting and explaining all the options, function and costs of the different hearing aids that are appropriate for my husband ‘s specific hearing loss and tinnitus. We left feeling informed and confident about our ability to make a good decision.
