4/15 Out of town of course but with the help of our vet clinic was able to get into facility. Sam was good taking checkin info about our beloved pet and family member. Dr. Murray good at explaining condition and I trusted daughters gut feeling the clinic Personnel was compassionate. Nothing more difficult that when you leave an emergency occurs. Time will tell on diagnosis but so far so good. I will have to say that the price of care was shocking since he was overnighted but he’s part of our family. ❤️

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words and recommendation, Karen! We will be sure to tell Sam and Dr. Murray your positive feedback. We understand any pet emergency is stressful, especially one happening when you're out of town, but we are thankful that you trusted us with your pet's care. Best wishes to you both!

I brought my dog Zippo there on Sunday with Congestive heart failure and in desperate need of care. Unfortunately all we could do was help him to Rainbow Bridge. I was struck with grief needless to say. The staff was extremely compassionate and caring about my situation making the best out of the worst. Thank you and I would highly recommend them.

Business response:

Thank you for your touching remarks, Margie. Our entire team is thinking of you during this difficult time. Zippo was precious to us and we are honored to have been trusted with his care.

I took my 13 yr old dog there because he got his tail caught in a door. It was bleeding and bent . Dr recommend amputation for $1000 !!! 😳 That was too severe in my opinion. So she gave me antibiotics and a pain pilll for him at $350 2 weeks later he's happy as a clam wagging that cute Lil slightly bent tail ! Glad I didn't take her advice

Business response:

Stephanie, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are so happy your pup is doing well and on the mend! Should you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out and call.

My dog was not eating and vomiting. Turned out he swallowed a large piece of his rubber bone. We took him in and was informed it was stuck in his intestine. He would need surgery to remove it. The staff and vets were wonderful, caring and accommodating. They calmed me down and worked with me to get the care my dog needed. He is in recovery and so far doing well. Thank you to the wonderful vets and staff at this hospital.

Business response:

Thank you for the positive recommendation, Imelda! We are so glad to have been able to help your fur baby, Bear. We hope he's recovering well and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Take care!
