Food is terrible. Nurse Rian likes to wake you up and shove pills down your throat. Tee the CNA is very attentive. She makes the stay here a little better. I would love to move to another rehabilitation place. I am not happy here. The case manager is no help, she seems to not have the skills required for the position. I need to get out of this facility.

My husband really liked this place, he was there for several days but the last few days they neglected him a lot, they didn't even give him water and last Thursday he got very sick and they took him to the hospital, they didn't call us to let us know and he died in the hospital we didn't find out until the next day and the worst thing was that they stole his laptop and his cell phone, according to them the ambulance took them which is a lie, because he didn't have anything, the doctor told us that they didn't even give us hi... read more

I normally dont leave a review but i had to at this point. My mother is in this facility as i speak wanted to have her removed to have her transported to the hospital this evening but they refuse to let her go. But best believe tomorrow on 12/04/2024 they will be transporting, i say that to say this due to having a knee replacement she was transported to this facility for rehabing but upon leaving sunrise she was starting to get a little butt sore in which was very small and i knew that this place had wound care also. The service is beyond the worst the staff does not know how what they are doing.. they don't give you medication on time you are nothing but an annoyance and dollars signs I feel bad for the patients here I would not recommend this place if you trying to recover The only pros was the food was pretty decent

I arrived to this facility on Friday after a spine surgery that required me to have a full 10 day stay minimum. I've been doing all the little exercises they had me doing that had nothing to do with building up my spine nor my strength. The entire time ive been getting assistance getting in and out of the bed, going up and down the fake stairs, get in and out of the wheel chair or walking far distances.
