If you love your relatives do not let them go here they will get covid-19 and be sent back to the hospital where they die our cousin was sent here on December 27th he got covid-19 within two days was sent back to Southern Hills Hospital where he died three minutes after New Year's Eve 2021 yes he had COPD congestive heart failure diabetes but he was just supposed to get well and come home not yet covid-19 we have been so careful all year their testing policies are really lacks and you will never see your loved one again duri... read more

warning!! warning!! warning!! do not send anybody you care for to this rehabilitation facility. my wife was in this facility from november 9-27 and she contracted covid-19. she passed away and i hold encompass responsible for her death. this place, it seems accepts covid patients but they apparently get intermingled with the other patients and the staff. during my wife's stay she told the staff/nurses that she felt sick. she was told not to worry, it was probably only a cold. on the day of discharge she felt even worse and l... read more

Do NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE! The staff there is very rude and dismissive, I had to call and complain about one of the nurses because she was literally screaming at my mother while she had to take her medication. They don't empathize with their patients at all. My mom had a stroke and was paralyzed on one side which is traumatic enough without having the staff be rude to you like you're a bother to them. If you care about your loved ones do not bring them here. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!!!

Do NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE! The staff there is very rude and dismissive, I had to call and complain about one of the nurses because she was literally screaming at my mother while she had to take her medication. Being a 79 year old disabled combat veteran having been in many hospitals and rehabilitation centers I can say without hesitation that Encompass is the worst rehabilitation /medical facility I have encountered. I firmly agree with all negative reviews having experienced almost every facet of comments. Encompass primary decision making revolves around profit many of LVNs or RNs from other countries lacking FLUENT English proficiency. AVOID ENCOMPASS AT ALL COST!!! My husband was sent here after having a stroke. Nobody spoke to me about it and my husband doesn't remember, you know, cuz of a STROKE, which is an injury to the brain which usually results in short term memory loss, especially in the first few weeks after a stroke. One PT (Kyle I think) called me to let me know my husband was being transferred and he offered me his personal cell phone number so I could call for updates in the evening when he was no longer at work.
