I arrived to this facility on Friday after a spine surgery that required me to have a full 10 day stay minimum. I've been doing all the little exercises they had me doing that had nothing to do with building up my spine nor my strength. The entire time ive been getting assistance getting in and out of the bed, going up and down the fake stairs, get in and out of the wheel chair or walking far distances. My Dad was fine when he came in, caught COVID and was moved to the hospital where he later died. This place was horrible.

I just had to share my family member's experience at Encompass Health last week. It's been bothering me all weekend. I am not one to leave a review but this warranted a review and then some. A first impression is what always stays in one's mind, this rehab hospital appears to be in complete shambles, mixed with a lack of leadership, the morale seemed to be missing from the staff - no one appears to look like they even want to be there. whatever you do, do not take your family member here. The care that my mom received ultimately took her life. I literally had to call 911 to pull her from this facility because of how sick she was once we got her to the hospital the hospital was so angry at the condition that she came in she was severely dehydrated kidney infection bladder infection on top of other things. they also forgot her Diabetic medication for four days!!!! they had her on medication that made her unable to even respond to me as her daughter! the do... read more
