do not take your loved ones to this facility they promise but don't deliver. less than 24 hours being in there facility my loved one (the patient) was left alone unattended on the wheelchair god knows for how long, they came back to find her on the floor, i was told she did slide down, she would't have if she weren't left alone that's negligence in my book. they don't call & report about patients progress hard to get hold of head nurse & therapists. the staff aren't professional, they were so negative i was practically tol... read more

I am disappointed in the care that my mom one is receiving at this facility. Her case manager will not return my calls and the nurses will not update me about her care. She had an appointment scheduled at an office outside of the facility and I was not notified about it. The nurses are extremely rough when helping her which is causing her to be in even more pain. Worst of all, they literally dropped her so now she's dealing with a terrible sprained ankle.

The Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists are Great. Aside from that, this is a bad place! BAD.... Short Staffed. Over worked and probably underpaid. I saw one doctor in 6 days who checked my finger oxygen, 98%, every day. I didn't see any other doctors in person, All via Skype, and about 3 minutes a shot. I figure they book an hour visit to insurance per time, over 50 patients, I could have sworn was Doc was in a bar. I had to beg for my normal Prescriptions. They would change my diet daily. Worst of all, they were t... read more

If you love your relatives do not let them go here they will get covid-19 and be sent back to the hospital where they die our cousin was sent here on December 27th he got covid-19 within two days was sent back to Southern Hills Hospital where he died three minutes after New Year's Eve 2021 yes he had COPD congestive heart failure diabetes but he was just supposed to get well and come home not yet covid-19 we have been so careful all year their testing policies are really lacks and you will never see your loved one again duri... read more

warning!! warning!! warning!! do not send anybody you care for to this rehabilitation facility. my wife was in this facility from november 9-27 and she contracted covid-19. she passed away and i hold encompass responsible for her death. this place, it seems accepts covid patients but they apparently get intermingled with the other patients and the staff. during my wife's stay she told the staff/nurses that she felt sick. she was told not to worry, it was probably only a cold. on the day of discharge she felt even worse and l... read more
