My only claim was denied, but ******* was thorough in explaining why it was denied. He was sympathetic, understanding, and very accommodating in trying to compensate me for the money I lost dealing with a very expensive repair shop. ******* referred me to a less expensive parts dealer and suggested repair shops in my area. When I spoke to ******** today, our call was disconnected, but she called me back with the information I needed. I am very happy with the customer ********************** I have received.
First, I would like to thank ******* ****** for the wonderful customer ********************** he provided. This warranty company offers a lot of coverage for my son with his first car purchase. Thanks ??
Magaly was very professional, kind and really listens to her customer. She was very understanding of my circumstances and acted accordingly. I would refer Endurance to friends and family due to my interaction with her. I believe that she needs a raise. Good customer service people are hard to find & harder to keep. I give her an A+
I had checked other vehicle warranty companies and chose ENDURANCE because it offers the most coverage for an exceptionally great price. The lady that offered it to me was very knowledgeable and a just a wonderful person to talk too! I recommend ENDURANCE to others!
