********************* was very friendly and very nice, I purchased a warranty for a car I was going to buy and it fell through inspection and unfortunately had to cancel my warranty, but the warrantys are definitely worth it on any vehicle you may have.

My only complaint is that I was offered a lower price when I cancelled. I was told upon signing up that I was getting their lowest price possible. Evidently that wasn't the case. Don't consider your customers wirthy of a discount only when they want to leave your service.
