My experience was exceptional. I didn't know my bank didn't automatically update my account with Endurance when my credit card had to replaced due to being hacked., and thought I was possibly being scammed. The lady I talked to was very understanding and explained clearly what was going on. Still not sure I contacted the back and verified that Endurance Customer ********************** was right. Endurance warranty in my opinion was just like having my original factory warranty. If you service your vehicle regularly you should have no issues when it comes time for any claim you may hay depending on the warranty you choose. I had the bumper to bumper warranty and when my a/c system went out 900 miles from home i called the excellent customer ********************** and they informed me that all i had to do is find a local dealership which i did. Never had Endurance before and called to make sure I had coverage. Never received a welcome letter like other warranty companies have done in the past. So I called and the rep ******* confirmed that I in fact had warranty coverage. Thanks!
