Had this auto warranty for years and so far, they've kept their word when it comes to contract compliance that really saved me a lot for breakdown issues. The only issue I have is the wait for an approved evaluation that Endurance is supposed to provide before commencing on any repair whenever you need a major maintenance done on your vehicle.
