There was a discount that should have been applied to my account. She informed me of this and added it to my policy saving me some money. I purchased an extended warranty for a used car I bought. The rate seemed very reasonable and the staff were very friendly. I liked the idea of being able to go to almost any service technician across the country. The dealership I purchased my car from included a warranty so I canceled with Endurance, since I don't need 2 on the same vehicle. The cancelation was super easy and they customer ********************** staff were very understanding. I would absolutely work with this company again in the future.

I was renewing my extended coverage on my truck, as it was to expire soon. I looked up top 10 rated companies and called the first/top rated group. It was Endurance. The rep was knowledgeable and very friendly. We discussed programs and benefits. Althought cost was more than I was expecting, it made sense to have coverage on my 2019 truck. I had 2 claims in first 4 years after my purchase, which was covered by my plan. The cost of these 2 claims was more than coverage w/Endurance. Now Im ready for another ******* miles. .
I just signed up for Endurance. So I have not had chance to use their service. The only thing I can rate them on is the sales person that I talked to. He was easy to talk to and enjoyable. I did do a lot of research before selecting Endurance. You were rated one of the best. I hope this will be true when or if I have to use you for a claim. Your price is a little higher than some of the others I looked at but you seem to provide quick service and seem to cover more stuff.
