I have not had to my endurance policy thus far, i have call before and was please. The employee I spoke with today was very knowledgeable of products, responsed to my questions immediately without hesitation he was very pleasant and resourceable when we finish with my question I was a satisfied customer.

I called for a towing today and the tow truck was there before I could hang up the phone. That is what I called excellent service.
Talked to a representative on the *********** was very helpful. Answered all my questions & even e-mailed me a copy of my plan that I have with Endurance. Since I have the premium plan I believe all my problems are covered, which are quite a few.
The employee that I spoke with explained the policy to me it all sounds good but it's and I'm not trying to be skeptical but when you are ready to have some of this stuff done it doesn't happen. But I'll give it the benefit of doubt it all sounds good she was very helpful in explaining everything that I asked of her and she was very pleasant and nice. So that's where my stars come from because I haven't had a chance to take my car for any kind of service
