I have only had to use them 1 time since I had the policy. They were very professional and also took care of my problem which was about an $800 job. I now have a problem with my Radio Light that has went out. I will be calling them about that in the next couple of days to see about that problem.
I really think this policy is fantasic .better than car shield.
Spoke with a ********************* today and she was wery perfessioal and well knowledge of the company material. I really enjoy speaking with her.

I find most of the service people really don't know what they are talking about, but if you take your time and call back a few times, or ask for a claims specialist you will get a agent that really does understand, I had to call a few times until I got connected with an agent *****, she was very helpful and understanding about what I was pleading and explaining about my situation, I will recommend endurance to my friends, it just takes some patience and understanding, thank you *****.
