So far, so good. The rep ******* told me about benefits I didn't even realize were included in my policy. I mean even $$ towards 3 oil changes per year, tire rotation and alignment check, rental car, etc!! (not sure if that's included in all polices). Furthermore, ******* was very patient with me asking her perhaps too many questions.

Talking-to Mo -my first person of contact , sold me even more than I was already.I had changed my banking information and forgot to update my Endurance account.. didn't matter because ** took care of everything for me..thank God for employees like her...need I say more? .....a very satisfied customer ************
