I called Endurance with a car issue. they said it was covered under the policy I have. The call was answered promptly and with a very cheerful and friendly voice. The person who answered the call said my car issue was covered. The information I was given to file a claim was clear and concise. So far, I'd say I really like working with Endurance, as a head of household, they have made working with them easy.

I was a little taken back when the service center at the dealership stated that Endurance would not pay the entire bill ($700+) and it would leave me paying close to $400. However, when I contacted Endurance, they stated the issue was the front wheel hub assembly parts needed only cost $149 using the *** GM website; the service center was quoting $272. Have a policy on both of my Vehicles for 24 mo now, and with all the added LOF, and other Maintenance item included in their policies, I cannot understand why everyone doesn't have one of their Policies. Best move I made. Thanks
