New to Endurance, but every one I have spoken with has been helpful in providing information and insight into making the best decision for my vehicle. Recently spoke with *** because I was thinking about canceling due to finances and she was able to give me other options, allowing me to keep my coverage.
*** did a super job explaining about how to transfer warranty to a new owner. Very helpful.
I took my car to the dealership because my a/c wasnt blowing cold air like it used to. It started blowing hot air. I was told that my condenser went out. I called ***************************** were amazing! I was provided with a website to find a local repair shop. Due to the summer heat, most repair shops were booked for a few days or a week out. No, as of right now, I have not used the endurance quarantine program yet. Might be opposed been running for good so I have no comment but a great value. Hope we it is a no problem when I have to use it. Otherwise I am very satisfied.
Even though I still have several years left with Endurance, I have only had t use them once. My contact at ******** and Endurance worked well together and if I remember well, all was covered by my Endurance insurance. Several times in the past three years I have gotten emails asking me to join Endurance, not knowing I already have coverage with you. It was a bit disconcerting.
