My vehicle's water pump failed and the repair shop was also saying that the failure of the water pump and the coolant leaking had ruined the drive belt. The repair shop advised me that the request that the warranty also cover the drive belt replacement was being denied by Interstate Warranty. I had so many issues dealing with getting my issues taken care of. This company is good, a little pricey but my faith has been restored in this company by a gentleman named Ketrell ******* He took control of my issue instead of him passing me off and not answering calls like some previous agents have.
