Had a radiator fail. Dealer quoted 2k. I called Endurance. Service picked up phone quickly. I told them the issue. They said it was covered. But have the dealer call before any work was begun. I did so. It ended up costing me ******. Thus five stars.

I had intentions of canceling my warranty since I had Car Shield. After speaking with the *** Manager, he was able to modify my warranty to fit my budget and canceled Car Shield instead. He was very pleasant and professional.
