I had a Pleasant experience I did live chat everything went smooth my customer ********************** representative was very knowledgeable and very prompt and they gave me the information that I needed if I could give more stars i would they are a great asset to the company.
********************* was very helpful in cancelling my contract. She did, however try to keep me as a customer, but I am not willing to change my mind.
So far dealing with Edurance Warranty Services customer ********************** rep's has been informative and reassuring. Have not needed to file a claim and knowing I have coverage has given me peace of mind. Thanks RGO

My experience was exceptional. I didn't know my bank didn't automatically update my account with Endurance when my credit card had to replaced due to being hacked., and thought I was possibly being scammed. The lady I talked to was very understanding and explained clearly what was going on. Still not sure I contacted the back and verified that Endurance Customer ********************** was right.
