I was getting ready to cancel my membership but When I spoke with ********************* she changed my mind. Come to find out that the dealership I went to was the ones that was misleading me. After I told her my reason about canceling my membership she broke everything down to me about the claim. She also was very professional with me getting the understanding about everything.
