I had contracts on two different ****** Siennas. Van #1 I owned just 9 months. Endurance paid out $7,000 for a new transmission. Van #2. I owned just 6 months. Endurance paid out $5,400 for a different engine. I am very satisfied. I had never bought an extended warranty before I am glad I did. All the staff was very nice. It took several weeks but they paid out a total of $12,400. Thank you Endurance.

MY ISSUE with Endurance Warranty is that when I take my car to the shop for a covered repair, the Adjusters of Endurance will not let me know if they're going to pay the shop or not. SINCE, i'M their customer, I should be in the loop, since the shop can tell me anything, like for instance, they can say"Endurance is not going to pay", yet, the adjusters are paying, but since they don't talk to me, I'm unawares.I suggest Once they send out someone to check the vehicle, and they decide on pay or not, I should be made aware of t... read more
Their staff is helpful and they're pleasant to talk to. I selected Endurance as opposed to my car dealer for my warranty. The man was stressed and didn't seem to want to take the time to explain things to me. I never did find out how much my monthly payments would be. After talking to the young lady on the phone at Endurance (when I took out the policy) I decided to go with Endurance. They are always so friendly when I call to make my monthly payments. I suppose I should call Mepco, but I prefer your staff
Have had to call twice both times was answered quickly and gave clear and helpful answers to the questions.
I was surprised to get the promised return phone call first thing in the morning. It was a pleasant surprise especially since the young lady who called me was so nice. Thank you for hiring the best to speak to you customers.
It is a reputable company. Price is relatively costly, but well worth it in the long run. It does make customer responsible for contacting a ********************** company and also for asking service company to call them before performing necessary repairs. It seems to me, for the price we pay, they could contact the service company.
