After almost a year of being a member I had a life circumstance that forced me to cancel my policy. I spoke with two agents. The first agent vesh was very knowledgeable about the policy, reasons for keeping the policy, and potential deals that they can offer to help make the payment lower. He was very persistent. I was ready stop my Service but the representative pumped me up to keep it how it will Benefit me one day
Juan was amazing. I initially called with the intent to cancel my contract due to currently being unemployed. However he offered to take care of next month payment and even threw in a gas card to give me time to look for work without worrying about one of my smaller payments. Thank you again for helping me.
Juan was an absolutely awesome person not only was he so helpful and took care of my cancellation with no worries but he was a truly caring person. More people in customer service should be like him. Thank you.
Vesh was professional and did a great job in resolving a problem for my mother. She had dementia and does not drive yet she signed up for 2 maintenance programs within 4 days Vesh took care of cancelling them out. Also Kay took the time to explain why a second policy was sold to my mother within 4 days. She said the sales person was unable to see this if sold in less than a week since it takes at least a week to populate the queue. These people gave me peace of mind and confidence in your company

I was ready to cancel the warranty but I spoke with Teniece she was extremely helpful and explained all my concerns. I hope if I ever have a issue with my car they will be there for me .

Had a great conversation with a very informative representative/agent named Vesh. I am an owner of a business here in NYC and I know the value of great customer service and he possessed it. Vesh knows his product and believes in it. Him and I will have many conversations over the course of my policy tenure but I like the fact that he is knowledgeable about the product and made sure the service I have meets my needs and expectations. Kudos to Endurance for hiring him.
