I have only had one occasion to submit a claim with Endurance, for tires that were supposedly covered by my warranty. (I called to check.) I submitted. However, I did not hear back.I hope that when I have to have the repairs coming up soon, they will be covered at the time of the repair. That is why I purchased this warranty, which I have surely paid enough into by now to cover any major repair. This "submit and wait" does not seem to work too well.
