I initially purchased a policy then called them a few days later to cancel it. Talked to a supervisor then who ser me up with another policy that I can afford with same coverage. Since then I have experienced multiple issues with the mobile app and correct policy. After first call last week did not help at all, I set an email today and was contacted by ******* from Endurance. She was very policy and was able to help me correct all of my issues quickly. I am very appreciative of her help. I have not had to file a claim so far... read more
