So, I would have done a 5 star and only didn't because I had to call you back to find out you couldn't change policy holder from me to my wife as primary. The gentleman who sold me the warranty was told several times not to use my name. Anyways, it's my only issue, but, the customer ********************** and the professionalism have been top notch. Hoping that if we ever have a claim, it continues to be the same professional service so I can follow up with 5's in the future.

they did what they said only pay a $100.00 deductible even the shop that did the work said they were the most friendly people to deal with and he going to tell his customers about you all
