Rep ****** had knowledge of ins plan, an answered my question to get what parts are an not covered,, good to know what is not as I was told needed need ac ******* when I got the dealer say ,only smaller part not covered by the extended plan I got, so it not all parts,, as the seller I bought this plan from explains it to get you to buy warranty. So my fix was ******* out of my pocket.

I think customer ********************** is great. I am not a fan of needing a notary to cancel my own policy as I dont have the car anymorethe lady I spoke with was lovely.
Actual first contact upon completing a contract and account execution and verifying documentation via the web site. Documentation for accessing and reviewing the web site had a lot of imperfections but they were able to work me through them. Very helpful in tracking my account history and rectifying an error and making my call experience very rewarding.
