called in and spoke with ****** to get info on my policy that covers my 19 Redeye. ****** verified my info quickly and gave me the info I needed before going to the repair shop. I wanted confirmation that the electrical system was covered and ****** assured me that I was good to go because I have the Supreme Wrap Plan. Thanks ******. When my car's battery died, I first called AAA who sold me a new battery. But that battery soon failed and I called AAA again. A different guy told me that the alternator had probably taken all the power. So, now I've called Endurance and am ready for my ****** to be towed to ****************************** Service in the morning. I have more confidence that my car will be running again soon. And the woman who answered my call was very informative.
The representative was very helpful in explaining the benefits new contract that I signed up for and was also able to update some information that was incorrect.
The agent, *******, was very cordial and most helpful and explained everything in great detail.Definitely a positive experience!!
