i want to thank Eddie ***** for helping me .. i have been a customer for about 6 months now .. i had another company call me and talked me into there policy when i am already covered .. he immediately told me not to worry and called the other comp and got my monies back .. thx u
i called Endurance to let them know i was having issues with my vehicle and wast getting any where with my shop . i called and talked to Eddie ***** and i have to say he was amazing .. with in 1 hour he had this all taken care of and my vehicle will be ready tomorrow .. Its good to know that their are still good people out there .. Thanks Eddie

Overall the service has been great. I have not had any issues with the extended warranty company at all. My only issues have been with the dealership itself. Everyone affiliated with this company has been more than helpful. No problems with claims, no hassles or intimidating representives. Great service thus far.
I have had my warranty with endurance for a little under a year and have already paid off a huge amount for me and my husband on our policy.. endurance has great costumer service and good feedback with there customers.. I rate them 5 stars..
Good customer service Martin was very informative and understanding, he showed concern and tried his best to resolve my problem. I will certainly reach out to him for guidance in the future.
