First let me say that initially my call to Endurance was to have them place my number on the "Do Not Call List." This was because I had inquired on Endurance's website, started a quote after to speaking with a representative but hadn't completed everything because more information was needed. Great customer service
Justen was very patient and forthcoming when I proposed my questions about the coverage. When I called I had concerns about the administrator in particular. After our conversation, I feel that Justen and Endurance will work to solve an. y issues that may arise. He worked to make sure I was satisfied with the coverage that I received.
Knowledgeable and speedy refund calculation
I had a misunderstatnd with a rental car while mine was being repaired the service i received was top of the line with support to my concern thanks to sales rep Martin with Endurance Warranty Services.

My experience with the dealership was terrible but I called Endurance and spoke with Eddie ***** to get some clarity on the situation. Eddie was able to solve all my issues and get my claim pushed through. He is the only person I will call in the future if my car breaks down. I am very happy with his service and Endurance. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy.
