I purchased and extended service plan through Endurance. Did not file any claims. I canceled my contract using the notarized form they require. I called a week after I sent the form in and was told they had the form, but it would take 4-6 weeks to be processed, and to call for the refund amount. I called at 6 weeks, and there had been no progress on my cancellation. I called on the 7th week and was told I am not entitled to a refund (without an explanation) due to a negative balance. ZERO Stars!I've had a really disappointing experience with Endurance. For almost a year now, I've been bombarded with phone calls and mail from them, trying to scare me into buying a warranty I dont need for my brand-new Honda Pilot. They send out misleading 'final notice' letters that make it sound urgent, even though my car is fully covered by the manufacturer. I've asked them repeatedly to stop, but it just keeps coming. Endurance commercial and advertisement acts like it fixes your car with no problems. My car broke down on the highway. I had it towed to ********* Endurance asked for. My last three oil changes. I I provided them. then they told me my last oil change the company didnt actually change my oil. I called to check the status of my complaint. I WOULD LEAVE A ZERO IF POSSIBLE. THIS COMAPNY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I PURCHASED A CONTRACT IN DEC OF 2025 MY CAR BROKE DOWN IN MARCH OF 2026. THEY REFUSE TO FIX STATING IT IS PRE-EXISITNG. MY CAR WAS FINE AND THE SHOP WHO ALWAYS SERVICES MY CAR ALSO STATED THE ISSUE IS NOT PRE-EXISTING. NOW I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TEAR DOWN THAT HAD TO BE DONE TO FIX MY VEHICLE. The worst service to try and cancel Ive had to call 3 times to cancel and theyre still sending me invoices that I still owe. It wasnt this hard to start it but I feel like Im in a trap to try and keep the service. They also put words in your mouth then note anything that benefits them in your account notes. I cancelled 2/19/25 and still getting notices I owe. Sorry but I will never come back to them also I will never recommend them to any one of my friends. Ridiculous

Cancelled my warranty on march 17. I was told it took 72 hours to be uploaded. Called back I was told it would take 2 months to get my refund.Asked to speak to a supervisor in that department she wouldnt come to the phone. One week after getting the warranty my bill was ready. I want my refund. Dont like the company.

Paid for two months worth of service drove over 10 thousand miles and the first engine light issue for my intake manifold because my car is an **** was denied. The way their service techs spoke to my engineer and myself was hideous even upper management was nasty. Very disheartening and disappointing
