I purchased a warranty earlier this year. I was not satisfied with the policy. Simple maintenance were not covered and neither were larger repairs.

Unfortunately the gentlemen we spoke with fraudulently added a vehicle onto a contract without authorization and without the correct vin. He also sent the contracts to a fictitious e mail that he created. Please be aware when signing up with this business.

I originally purchased a Endurance Warranty 9/5/25 for a 2020 ******** with ****** miles on it. A side from the misleading explanation of the policy which I did not discover until after I had made the first payment In Dec. I had a check engine light come on. Taking it to the nearest garage, they determined the thermostat was defective. I told them I had Endurance Warranty and thought that would be the end of it. I would not recommend anyone purchase this insurance policy. They are misleading customers and costing people thousands of dollars.I purchased a policy, and when my vehicle broke down (the engine failed) and I filed a claim, it was denied. They claimed I was never eligible for coverage because my truck has rimseven though I clearly informed the agent of this when I signed up. Don't but a warranty from Endurance. One the main reasons I selected Endurance is they claim you can take the car for repair to any fully licensed repair facility or dealer for repairs. Not true. I own an ***** which has a complex suspension and drive train that requires an **** trained technician to diagnose and repair. Endurance has authorized repairs for amounts much less than the dealership quoted and have not been able to get needed repairs completed.
