Matt ******* was a phenomenal representative for Endurance. His knowledge of the products, communication skills, speed at handling the order was incredible. Rare to find such individuals like him anymore. Sadly, he'll probably be moved up the ladder and out of customer service.

Very Nice And Very Helpful
I was looking into an aftermarket warranty for my car and Endurance was very helpful for me in understanding the coverages available for my vehicle. The sales representative Ian and the customer service representative Martin helped me understand what Endurance had to offer and the coverages that I would expect with my specific brand of vehicle. They are very knowledgable and I would definitely recommend that you talk to them before purchasing a warranty through anyone else.
Nicole was extremely helpful in assisting with getting our claim processed. We are very thankful to her excellent customer service.
Every time I call Martin is always very positive, upbeat, and funds solutions to what I call for. A1 customer service!
Endurance rep Martin was very helpful. Explained to me in detail the process to file claims. The insurance stool by their word & replaced my transcmission. I did have a problem with the transmission shop that worked with us. For the insurer it would still be nice if they have an adjuster that looks at the vehicle first before unnecessary dissection of transmission.
I am very happy with the customer service of this company I spoke with Eddie ***** and he was very helpful.
