This is a very professional company. The staff is very polite, positive, and professional. They provided me with answers to any questions I had.
I switched my policy from Car Shield to Endurance by the BBB rating and the reviews I read. I have not needed them yet but so far they are less expensive and I will actually be able to go to my dealership for repairs and get new parts instead of remanufactured parts. I'll let you know if I have any issues when I have a claim.
