I can't really say because I just bought it, but the representative was friendly and it seems reasonable for the money. I hope I don't need to use it but if I do I hope Endurance won't disappoint me.

I have not had to put a claim in yet because I just purchased the policy, we purchased the policy because my husband purchased the policy for his 2017 jeep and has already used it at a dealership with no problems per the dealership, they experienced no problems dealing with your claims department

The process was easy, customer ********************** impeccable, although I had to cancel my policy due to issue buying my vehicle, they were able to cancel it right away with no questions asked. When I buy my next used vehicle I will be definitely be coming back. Was a great easy experience!
