Daniel the technician was on time, pleasant, knew what he was doing, surveyed my whole system and diagnosed that my LG battery was defective and began the process of ordering a replacement under warranty.

Your service and technicians were great. Your relationship with SunPower was not. Took too long to get the service done and it all seems to stem from bad communication between you and SunPower. There was no accountability on either end.
