The solar panel output on my installation was no longer being recorded. EnergyAid was chosen by SunPower to repair the system. Once equipment was available, the installation went well. Keyvin Jacques , the installer, was on time, knew what he was doing, and did his work well. Hard to ask for more!

Quick and efficient. Strong problem solving skills. But there was some sort of miscommunication, some issue was not passed onto him, so he didn’t bring the supply. Hopefully better communication between Sunpower and service team to solve the issue. The service team knows exactly what the major and minor issues are. The customer doesn’t need to request another service visit. Thanks.
