Two men came out and installed the new battery for my solar backup system. They were polite and efficient. They had a hard time lifting the heavy assembly to get it on the mount. The double checked to see if was working correctly

As I see your part in my relationship between SunPower solar and my solar equipment, you were just a relay company to relay my error codes as I was asked to report daily EACH TIME THEY OCCURED ; I TOOK a photo daily of the 7 error codes each time the inverter showed a RED light; then emailed them to your company for you to forward on to SunPower, on my behalf.
