He was actually very proficient doing part of his job. He knows what he was doing but unfortunately he didn’t finish the job because he wasn’t ordered to do what he was supposed to do. Other than that he did a great job. Hopefully they would send him back to finally finish the problem, we trust that he’ll do great fixing and he is very knowledgeable about what the problem is.
