The service person, Anthony, was excellent. He came to the home, introduced himself, and was very friendly and cordial. He wasted no time in diagnosing my system and found the issue quickly. I value people being on time as well as their personality; he had both. If you have the option of choosing a service technician I would suggest you ask for him.
