Happy with support. Have been with them for 2 years. Hard to get through to them but once I reach I get all the support I need. Was told I can use live chat. Will do that next.

A dream come true managing stock! Joshua Hodkinson was very patient with me as i am not very tech savvy. He made it look easy and waited until i caught up. Loving Epos.. Easy to use!! What a painless easy experience onboarding was.. Andrew Banwo was helping me with set up and he was great, cool calm and collected! The pressure was on - hardware arrived the afternoon before going live the next morning (last minute ordering was my fault). By 10am we were up and running, staff were given 5 mins to look at the POS screens and they were straight into it. Great service and easy to use !
