I have been facing a printer issue since last week. Every agent I contacted tried to avoid the issue. One customer service executive asked me to send a video and then ended the call. Cherita- she is the best ever, really patient and help me to install hardware issues, much smarter than other 3 different guys ( i wish I know all their name) If i would not talk to her, for sure I will close account on the day after
