Amazed with their staff service On of (EPOS Now)'s staff called Vidya she is so amazing and helpful. I have recently moved with EPOS NOW and I am really new to this system. Vidya is the one who helped me to know the POS better oh man she was like a pro agent answers all my queries as asked and helped me to fix some of the technical problem on the POS I Highly recommend her. One of the best support person I've ever had in my entire life God bless you Vidya!

No Card reader prompt Whilst the issues were addressed today, it should not have been necessary to hold a session as we did. Your help desk should have been able to have fixed the issue, or at least passed it to someone the could have done so.
