My training session was with Joel, who was so helpful, patient and kind, even though I called him Josh the entire time. I'm not very tech savvy, and nor am I good with names. sorry Joel. I also really appreciate his gracious, friendly manner, alongside his attention to detail. My confidence in my ability to use the product has grown exponentially since my training session, and I really appreciate the extensive customer service available with Epos Now. Also, sorry Joel :)
