EPOPSNOW has been excellent for our community club. Set up was straight forward, reports are excellent and comprehensive. We now have a lot of very useful data which was unavailable to us previously and on a timely basis. The system was easily adopted by our volunteer staff. It has also enabled greater flexibility in our member offer.

I have been facing a printer issue since last week. Every agent I contacted tried to avoid the issue. One customer service executive asked me to send a video and then ended the call. Another executive told me they would raise a ticket, and the hardware team would reach out, but nothing happened. Cherita- she is the best ever, really patient and help me to install hardware issues, much smarter than other 3 different guys ( i wish I know all their name) If i would not talk to her, for sure I will close account on the day after
