Smooth Performance During Peak Hours Managed to run smoothly during peak times. haven't had many issues. at time I have seen a delay up to around 10 secs but that is something I can live with

Too time but got their at the end I had to wait for around 10mins to get online and then I wanted my back office email address changed. The verification process took a long time. But I don’t remember the name of the agent they handled it really professionally. Appreciate it
